Shop has a fast quick lane great, just however some things they WILL not do. Alignment work for one that is called for, say it's to much work well that's why your in the dealership to do that work right? Told one thing was wrong with vehicle when it was something else altogether. Can you find an honest dealer that will help with vehicles problems honest and not for the money part of doing everything else then the problem part? Sounds likes doctor's, teachers or lawyers? Lol

Had my 2020 ford f150 transmission oil changed in February. I noticed it leaking transmission oil soon after. I took it back to Dunn ford and they said they inadvertently missed tightening a few nuts on the transmission pan. The leak seemed to slow down but I noticed it still dripping. I decided to check myself on the transmission nuts. Sure enough I found at least one that wasn’t even hand tight. I definitely won’t be returning to Dunn ford again. At this point I don’t have any trust in them. I gave them a 1 star but they don’t even merit that.
Update: Not sure why you responded asking me to contact your dealership with a number I already have. If you truly strived for customer service you would have contacted me upon reading my rating since you have all my contact information from my previous visits.
Take my company truck here for servicing. They work me in and help me out. I will keep using them.
after the experience and level of customer service that i received from the very knowledgeable ladies who work the rental car dept, Miss Jessica and Miss Billy i would never rent another from anyone else no matter what! and not to mention the value! got a great very comfortable car at a true value for 1 week. thanks again Dunn ford and especially Thank u Jessika and Billy. extremely satisfied customer!😊
